Acton Institute -  The Mission of the Acton Institute is to promote a free and virtuous society characterized by individual liberty and sustained by religious principles.

Adam Smith Institute -  The Adam Smith Institute is one of the world's leading think tanks. Independent, non-profit, and non-partisan, it works to promote libertarian and free market ideas through research, publishing, media commentary, and educational programmes.

Advocates for Self-Government -  Since 1985, the Advocates for Self-Government has worked to bring about a free society by empowering those who love liberty to become highly successful at taking the ideas of individual freedom and responsibility, free markets, and peace to the world.

Against Crony Capitalism - We are for freedom, transparency, opportunity, and honest markets. We are against crony capitalism.

Bastiat Institute -  The mission of the Bastiat Institute is to increase understanding of the principles of Austrian economics, free markets, individual liberty, and peace.

Capitalism Institute -  Capitalism Institute was founded to provide a simple, comprehensive resource for individuals who are trying to learn more about natural law and Austrian economics. We strongly believe in free markets, property rights, contract enforcement, currency competition, low taxation, and peace.

Cato Institute -  The Cato Institute is a public policy research organization — a think tank — dedicated to the principles of individual liberty, limited government, free markets and peace. Its scholars and analysts conduct independent, nonpartisan research on a wide range of policy issues.

Center for Freedom & Prosperity - The Center for Freedom and Prosperity Foundation and the Center for Freedom and Prosperity seek to promote economic prosperity by advocating competitive markets and limited government.

Center for Individual Freedom -  Founded in 1998, the Center for Individual Freedom is a non-partisan, non-profit organization with the mission to protect and defend individual freedoms and individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom -  The Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom (C4SIF) is dedicated to building public awareness of the manner in which laws and policies impede innovation, creativity, communication, learning, knowledge, emulation, and information sharing. We are for property rights, free markets, competition, commerce, cooperation, and the voluntary sharing of knowledge, and oppose laws that systematically impede or hamper innovation, especially those enforced in the name of defending "intellectual property," such as patent and copyright; these should be radically reformed or entirely abolished.

Competitive Enterprise Institute - The Competitive Enterprise Institute is a non-profit public policy organization dedicated to advancing the principles of limited government, free enterprise, and individual liberty. Our mission is to promote both freedom and fairness by making good policy good politics.

Economic Freedom -  Charles Koch Institute runs the Economic Freedom Project to advance understanding of the conditions that create improved quality of life in society — especially for the most vulnerab

Electronic Frontier Foundation -  Defending your rights in the digital world.

Foundation for Economic Education -  The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), one of the oldest free-market organizations in the United States, was founded in 1946 by Leonard E. Read to study and advance the freedom philosophy. FEE’s mission is to offer the most consistent case for the “first principles” of freedom: the sanctity of private property, individual liberty, the rule of law, the free market, and the moral superiority of individual choice and responsibility over coercion.

Human Rights Foundation - The Human Rights Foundation (HRF) is a nonpartisan organization devoted to defending human rights globally, with an expertise in the Americas.

Institute for Economic Affairs -  The IEA is the UK's original free-market think-tank, founded in 1955. Our mission is to improve understanding of the fundamental institutions of a free society by analysing and expounding the role of markets in solving economic and social problems.

Institute for Economic Studies - Europe - The aim of The Institute for Economic Studies Europe is to stand at the center of a worldwide network of students, scholars and other intellectuals. Since 1989, the Institute has aimed at discovering, developing and supporting the most outstanding people it could find among students, scholars and other intellectuals who share an interest in exploring and applying the principles of classical liberalism.

Institute for Justice -  Founded in 1991, the Institute for Justice is what a civil liberties law firm should be. As our nation's only libertarian public interest law firm, we engage in cutting-edge litigation and advocacy both in the courts of law and in the court of public opinion on behalf of individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the government

Institute for Policy Innovation -  The Institute for Policy Innovation (IPI) is a non-profit, non-partisan public policy "think tank". IPI's focus is on approaches to governing that harness the strengths of individual liberty, limited government, and free markets.

International Society for Individual Liberty - ISIL is one of the pioneers in the creation of the worldwide libertarian movement – today's fastest-growing philosophical/political movement.

IPN -  IPN seeks to bring down barriers to enterprise and trade, in order to achieve a world of opportunity, peace and prosperity.

John Locke Foundation -  The John Locke Foundation was created in 1990 as an independent, nonprofit think tank that would work “for truth, for freedom, and for the future of North Carolina.”

Just a Guy That Cares - We believe “an alert and knowledgeable citizenry” can and will advance the liberty movement and strongly oppose tyranny.  We enable people to connect with other like-minded patriots through our website's extensive social media network. We would also like to inspire other writers, journalists, film-makers, photographers, musicians, artists, and many others to CREATE and WRITE for the intentions of LIBERTY and FREEDOM.

Ladies of Liberty Alliance -  The Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) was created in 2009 by Allison Gibbs in order to address the shortage of female leaders in the fight for liberty. In 2011, LOLA transformed to become a non-profit educational organization with the mission of educating and empowering female leaders in the liberty movement. LOLA provides leadership training to equip women with the tools and techniques necessary to spread the message of liberty.

Library of Economics and Liberty -  The Library of Economics and Liberty is dedicated to advancing the study of economics, markets, and liberty. It offers a unique combination of resources for students, teachers, researchers, and aficionados of economic thought.  The website is provided by Liberty Fund, Inc., a private, educational foundation established to encourage the study of the ideal of a society of free and responsible individuals.

Ludwig Von Mises Institute -  The Ludwig von Mises Institute was founded in 1982 as the research and educational center of classical liberalism, libertarian political theory, and the Austrian School of economics. It serves as the world's leading provider of educational materials, conferences, media, and literature in support of the tradition of thought represented by Ludwig von Mises. This site offers many thousands of hours of audio and video, thousands of free books in the literature section along with the full run of rare and wonderful journals, biographies and bibliographies of great economists, an active bookstore with outstanding titles as well as ties and shirts, and a full community with forums, chat, user blogs, and more.

Mackinac Center for Public Policy The Mackinac Center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Michigan citizens by promoting sound solutions to state and local policy questions. 

Mercatus Center -  The Mercatus Center at George Mason University is the world’s premier university source for market-oriented ideas—bridging the gap between academic ideas and real-world problems. A university-based research center, Mercatus advances knowledge about how markets work to improve people’s lives by training graduate students, conducting research, and applying economics to offer solutions to society’s most pressing problems.

Molinari Institute -  The mission of the Molinari Institute is to promote understanding of the philosophy of Market Anarchism as a sane, consensual alternative to the hypertrophic violence of the State. The Institute takes its name from Gustave de Molinari (1819-1912), originator of the theory of Market Anarchism.

Online Library of Liberty -  Liberty Fund, Inc. is a private, educational foundation established to encourage the study of the ideal of a society of free and responsible individuals. The Library is where electronic versions of classic books about individual liberty are stored. These texts go back some 4,000 years and cover the disciplines of economics, history, law, literature, philosophy, political theory, religion, war and peace.

Pacific Research Institute The mission of the Pacific Research Institute is to champion freedom, opportunity, and personal responsibility for all individuals by advancing free-market policy solutions.

Property and Environment Research Center PERC is the nation’s oldest and largest institute dedicated to improving environmental quality through markets and property rights. State Policy Network State Policy Network is made up of free market think tanks - at least one in every state - fighting to limit government and advance market-friendly public policy at the state and local levels. 

Students for Liberty -  Students For Liberty is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a unified, student-driven forum of support for students and student organizations dedicated to liberty. Students For Liberty is an organization that supports liberty. SFL does not dictate the foundations upon which individuals justify their belief in liberty.

Tenth Amendment Center -  The Tenth Amendment Center is a national think tank that works to preserve and protect the principles of strictly limited government through information, education, and activism.

The Atlas Society -  Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism was set forth in such works as her epic novel Atlas Shrugged, and in her brilliant non-fiction essays. Objectivism is designed as a guide to life, and celebrates the remarkable potential and power of you, the individual. Objectivism also challenges the doctrines of irrationalism, self-sacrifice, brute force, and collectivism that have brought centuries of chaos and misery into the lives of millions of individuals.

The Ayn Rand Institute -  The Ayn Rand Institute (ARI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Irvine, California, works to introduce young people to Ayn Rand’s novels, to support scholarship and research based on her ideas, and to promote the principles of reason, rational self-interest, individual rights and laissez-faire capitalism to the widest possible audience.

The Bastiat Society - The Bastiat Society understands that the world is getting better because peaceful and profitable business creates wealth for everyone.  We promote this fact by engaging the business community in a positive, non-political, and academic Society - a society of principled wealth creators.  Our mission is to give those who create wealth and jobs the tools they need to defend them.

The Federalist Society -  The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a group of conservatives and libertarians interested in the current state of the legal order.  It is founded on the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.

The Future of Freedom Foundation -  The mission of The Future of Freedom Foundation is to advance freedom by providing an uncompromising moral and economic case for individual liberty, free markets, private property, and limited government.

The Goldwater Institute The Goldwater Institute is an independent government watchdog organization supported by people who are committed to expanding free enterprise and liberty.

The Independent Institute -  he Independent Institute is a non-profit, non-partisan, scholarly research and educational organization that sponsors in-depth studies of critical social and economic issues. The mission of the Independent Institute is to boldly advance peaceful, prosperous, and free societies grounded in a commitment to human worth and dignity.

The Institute for Humane Studies - A wealth of resources for Undergrads, Grad Students, Faculty, and Alumni - LibertyGuide, Kosmos Online, LearnLiberty

The Locke Institute -  The Locke Institute seeks to promote a greater understanding of natural rights, its implications for constitutional democracy and for modern society's economic organization. To that end, The Institute encourages theoretical research in the areas of property rights, public choice, law and economics, and the new institutional economics.

The Liberty Fund Liberty Fund, Inc. is a private, educational foundation established to encourage the study of the ideal of a society of free and responsible individuals.

The Property and Freedom Society - The Property and Freedom Society was established in May, 2006 at the initiative of world-renowned libertarian philosopher and Austrian economist Hans-Hermann Hoppe. The Property and Freedom Society stands for an uncompromising intellectual radicalism: for justly acquired private property, freedom of contract, freedom of association—which logically implies the right to not associate with, or to discriminate against—anyone in one’s personal and business relations—and unconditional free trade.

The Thoreau Institute The Thoreau Institute is a non-profit organization that seeks ways to protect the environment without big government.
